What I would probably do is put the money in a safe secure predictable investment like a CD.

I’m predicting that to be around 2030-31. 

But on the question of refinancing, well no one can predict the future.

But who knows, politicians are even less predictable than Texas weather. 

While I know you can’t predict these things I feel there’s more entitled tenants is certain areas of the country.

Too diffiuclt to predict, better to use the funds to grow.

The negative results are always predictable as is the lack of accountability.
