., this is obvious.5>As mentioned above , just a few are getting tons of cash - which means they can buy out business and other companies at very low cost and this means further super consolidation of power - literally cementing it in place. 6>The future for the average citizen is not looking good.

It wouldn't meet building codes, back then, 3 families requires fire escapes, cement walled furnace rooms which two families do not.My duplex has a CO for 2 in the buildings department, and the finance department listed it as a 3 family.

The cement floor was upheaved when we bought it there is a garage with plenty of storage so we just locked the shed and excluded it’s use from the lease.
