I don't recommend "yellow letters," postcards and all the other mass marketing.

And they don’t bother you with 10 postcards and 20 phone calls.

Has anyone experimented with direct mail to Multi-family apartment owners as to which has a better response rate: typical yellow letter simple postcards or more formal appearing letters?  

After a year I still get open door and offerpad postcards for my vegas properties. 

You write down the addresses and then go to the appraisal district to get the owners address and send them a letter or postcard.

I would like to mail a letter or possibly a post card.

I have my first major postcard campaign going out next week to market for motivated sellers and this week I'm closing on my first flip property.

I even send out we buy houses postcards and will need investors in that area who can purchase homes.
