Never feel guilty about getting paid for your services that you have spent time and money learning, just like the doctor did in med school.  

If my post on here hit a nerve to you, maybe you're the guilty one (you know, the one who's advice isn't as sound as you assert). 

People typically are extremely bad at putting a dollar ammount to what their time is worth and feel guilty/anxious whatver parting with money to do something they could of done themselves.

To play devil's advocate, this applicant is not a criminal because she has never been convicted of a crime ("innocent until proven guilty").But where there's smoke, is there fire?

If so, you need to pull the probate pleadings to see who that is and contact them to see if they will agree to the sale. 

I was guilty of not being patient this year I sold two properties earlier this year after only having them a year for basically break even.
