It usually comes from people who have made 10-20 calls and have tried calling the big 5 (BOA, Chase, Citi, Wells, and Indymac) and not smaller regional banks with no place to go.Recently we just got in a list of assets in MN from a bank with 25 locations and a bank in OH sent me their entire list of assets for sale.
