If you're still on the education track, here are a few suggestions on my end:I've read through just about every MF book out there (12+) - here are my top 3: 1) Joe F's book "The Best Ever Apartment Syndication book" (already mentioned)2) Syndication is a b*tch by Bruce Petersen3) Lifetime cashflow through multifamily properties by Rod Khleif Some great podcasts to subscribe to as well: Lifetime cash flow, Pillars of Wealth Creation, Best Ever Real Estate showAlso, Udemy has some fantastic courses on underwriting, asset management, and syndication for VERY cheap.

In North Park and South Park this is an issue if the Foundation has not been replaced (typically pillars will be on concrete mini foundations if the foundation has been replaced).In this market, it is unlikely the seller will give you a full credit for the repair costs associated with the foundation.

I have forced hot water for heat and the high efficiency boiler in my basement (fairly new) has been failing and needs to be fixed before the coming heating season.I also have concrete pillars that I need to repair or replace in front of my house before the ground freezes ( a car took them out, and I'd like that protection again since my house seems to have a bullseye on it....need some kind of fencing/barrier system ASAP.THanks in advance for suggestions!
