You're running a business and businesses choose what payment methods are acceptable to them - not the customer. 

I need to source the data myself, run the numbers, check the calculations, eventually build my own custom spreadsheet etc. 

Or, in most metro areas, you can obtain the list of permits that have been issued, and see who is receiving permits. 

The customer service/property management hasn't been as proactive as I thought it would be.

That may not make for instant potential sales customers but it would improve the quality of the people in the forums. 

Some towns require a residential parking permit (sometimes on specific streets only within that same town) - you need to know what those requirements are and how feasible it will be.

I tried to work with Digb and they provided some of the worst customer service I ever experience.
