Let’s take a look at some hard truths that many people overlook.### 1.

Most people living in far north suburbs of DFW are not working downtown. 

., unfortunately, to add to the frustration, Buildium's journal entries do not allow you to enter a vendor for the expense, you can only select which GL Account to debit and which payable to credit, so I'd still be stuck not able to track vendors for 1099's, see below.  

Can I walk into offices and leave a flyer for everyone in the office to read and set up zoom meetings with those people to go over the details further? 

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

The most important thing is to work with people you trust. 

When I go to events like this, I do go to some of the sessions, but most of my time is just sitting in the lobby chatting with people. 

Plenty of people do have 10-20 unit and work thru it, you just need to think it thru and have a plan if you don't want to do all the work.
