If its an investment property and you want to buy out your partner, while you probably have a really good rate - you could get a loan if you have the equity in that property.

While I understand the basic structure of General Partners (GP) and Limited Partners (LP), I was under the impression that GPs always had to put 'skin in the game.'

After closing the golf course in 2018, the parcel was sold to a developer named Westside Investment Partners (WIP) in 2019 who intended to remove the conservation easement and develop this parcel in a highly sought after neighborhood of Denver4.

It seems like PSI has grown, a couple landscape companies that way either sold or partnered with PSI because these landscape companies no longer do snow removal and refer people to PSI.

Hey Anthony, in that case I would probably invest out of state and find a partner in that state to be the boots on the ground.
