@Linzey Ledesma Congrats on getting going O-O-S...I think you will find Ohio markets to be very strong in the 3-C's...Columbus is roughly 3x the size of Cleveland and Cincinnati and king on just about any economic indicator you can think of, but there is opportunity in all 3 MSA's.

I am more os looking into buying a duplex, triplex, or fourplex and living in one of the units so I can acquire an FHA loan. 

I have bought and sold several properties using sandwich L/Os. 

The light has no switch and the bulb os covered with a globe so it is not easy to remove the bulb.

I would choose a random phrase for the LLC name os something that cant be easily traced back to you.

I don't invest OS anymore so no leads.

If the work os the same whether you keep or flip and you do better flipping, then flip it.
