Could this be a stall in Columbus' momentum, or do people just want to enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas by not investing?

As far as appreciation, this neighborhood in Queens is walking distance to a neighborhood that has been gaining a lot of momentum in the last 3-4 years and showing no signs of slowing down. 

One must develop a comprehensive discipline for analysis and negotiations to help ensure their success in this niche. 

These kinds of deals come across my desk very frequently here in Connecticut in the area you are operating in and 9 times out of 10 this is where the deal momentum stops.

Either way, get the first one under your belt (as long as the numbers make sense) and the ball will start rolling with some real momentum from there!

Banks will want some type of historical data if they are going to lend on the deal.I would look more for a momentum play, an asset that is a bit more stabilized, but is still cash flowing.

My job is to capitalize on this momentum and take action.
