I'm currently looking at a Multi Family deal with Victor and Y Street Capital and was hoping to connect with someone that has worked with them in the past.  

What type of property do you plan to purchase(Single, multi, commercial, etc) and where do you plan to buy it?

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Zurich.

One search on Youtube returns hundreds of videos that go over exactly how a STR can be used to offset W2 taxes.

Additionally, when a problem arises, those problems get addressed and all parties involved are updated.Being a property manager is a hands-on / high touch vertical.

I have videos on my channel of tenants who have exercised the lease option, showing gratitude for the opportunity that they had to do the lease option.Additionally, I work with a ton of great wholesalers and I know a bunch of Sub to people as well.

@Charles Evans Zelle and Venmo do not provide the same protections as a third-party rent payment portal.
