A month ago one of my tenants in a 3 unit building notified me that they heard a mouse running through their walls and that they believed they were allergic to the dander and had to basically live on Benadryl.

He bought a live catch mouse trap and released the animals down the street. 

I also caught a few mice on the camera milling around a mouse trap. 

My son is rolling out and pinning the grass mat with staples.Just back from his first year in college.

The electricity, plumbing, and/or heating in these places were invariably rigged by a drunk Mickey Mouse, whatever additions were built are of incredibly shoddy workmanship, and the last municipal inspector in there was obviously bribed to look the other way.

Most of my rentals don't have anything but the occasional fly, spider, or mouse, so tenants are responsible for it just like I am at my own house. 

The laundry mat isn't a convenient walk.

Spend a couple hundred dollars on bark, lay that on the flat areas with a weed mat and plant wild flowers on the hill, making it more easy on the eyes.B.
