I am also a process orientated person, so having the structure of a defined and seamless process was also very appetizing to me.Regarding the accounting side, I have found Buildium's account module to be very easy to use. 

I would separate my manager  from my repairman and my attorney from my title company, I modulate my team and plug them in and remove them as necessary.

We have a specific module in our training that discusses these notions.

Solar shingles have been around for years, and the "infinity warranty" is for the tiles as roofing, not the tiles as energy producing modules.

They are stick-built homes assembled in "pieces" - modules - in a factory, then the modules are shipped on flatbed trucks to the home site where are fitted together on a poured foundation.

If the sun cannot get to the roof via being blocked by modules then you will not only benefit from the electricity savings, you will greatly lengthen the lifetime of the roof as well.

Cool, now I can modulate my expectations!  

My preferred implementation is a Raspberry Pi (probably the 3 Model B) equipped with a regular Camera Module v2 and/or an infrared Camera Module v2 (the Pi NoIR).

Once that's done, modules start rolling in on flat-bed trucks, are lifted into place with a crane and the house can be under roof in less than a week.The construction of the modules does occur in a sheltered environment without precipitation, sun, wind, high humidity or wide temperature swings.
