Modern farm house look.. take a look at my new builds paint jobs  www.ivyridgeestatescanby.com  also landscaping putting a couple tiny plants does not do it in my mind.. but I know out in the mid west etc landscaping is very minimal compared to what we offer here in the NW or what buyers expect. 

Additionally, we repainted the interior of the house, giving it a fresh, modern look.

The ducts work, they just aren't modern.

Most people wouldn't even recognize that this shower is ADA accessible it would just seem to be modern and no curb.

From personal experience, outdoor entertainment areas, modern kitchens, and even beach gear can make a huge difference.

The lady that I spoke with said that they provide that information in printed form because of outstanding debts that the deceased might have.
