You should be holding , ready to strike when prices fall

If the answer is no that is one strike against you as people buying million dollar homes want to deal with realtors.

The life of a landlord is far easier training tenants as opposed to chasing them.New tenants get three strikes then they are out (ideally).

Don’t know if striking them both out violates TX law, but the lease still reverts to month to month, which can be terminated with proper notice.
