I would echo this, it is a great REIA and the best place to find local, like-minded individuals and resources. 

I’ve lived and invested in Texas and think it is great.But your local market anywhere in the U.S. is the best place to invest.  

I am in Howe but IF, Rexburg and Pocatello are places I commonly go.
