I doubt it was actually live.

I have spent the last few years working in the Pre-Fab ADU space and now working with a company called Live Near Friends and help people buy real estate with the purpose of living closer to the people they care about. 

I live out of the country but still find the American market to be the best.

Live under your means and start thinking about investing in Real Estate.In your position the thought of finding a duplex to house hack, live in one side and rent the other.

Love it.Best advice I can tell you is to prospect prospect, you must lead generate, meet people tell them what you do, preferably face to face, but also on the phone, online etc, albeit I prefer and spent most of my time on face to face meeting and conversation.

You have the ability to sell while limiting your capital gains tax because you lived in 2 of the last 5 years.
