Renovation level is moderate.  

But for me to operate at that level is outside my comfort zone.  

The BP Plus or Pro level is well worth the fee and will give you way more general advertising, networking and search options to zero in on a micro level.

It is FANTASTIC for networking, Try to go to as many as you can every month, this can help you really get to know people on a more personal level. I
