In the meantime though, I'd try to just actively build your platform here on Bigger Pockets and just casually connect with people. 

As per usual, more regulations = more burdensome b.s for legit PMs and investors.

Yes, there are masterful things to learn but the basics of how to brrrr or flip or wholesale aren’t rocket science and I’m so grateful for the free knowledge available thanks to this platform.
