I just recently listened to a guest lecturer at business school (top mba) who was a managing director at black rock.If you are interested in real estate ...listening to this exec talk about black rocks strategy to acquire 150k SFR around the nation and spend billions would be sure to get your blood pumping.

., you get the point.Make sure you have your backup plan in place to bail you out if the hoped-for higher income doesn't materialize, and your monthly expenses begin to exceed your income (such as selling a vehicle that has a payment on it, maintaining liquid reserves, etc.).Sorry, not trying to lecture, but living without financial anxiety is priceless.

Typically you can access quarterly data for free on their sites.I also attend countless real estate lectures/conferences that typically focus on market trends/conditions.

If I did one it would be in a lecture style, questions asked, much like a college classroom, bam, information put out, to the point and issues, probably very boring for those needing motivation and inspiration, LOL, you need that before you get to my class

The focus was NOT a lecture but rather much more focused on networking, as opposed to the many REI clubs around here.

He proceeded to snap the CD in half and give us a might fine lecture on foul language, all that to say, I still listened to Green Day. :)
