The solar system adds no value to my property for rental purposes, and I may even be ripping up the roof & replacing it in the new year.Beyond sending a nasty letter through my attorney via certified mail, demanding the company come pick up their equipment, am I required to take any further action or fulfill any obligations regarding these contracts?

If you get front loading units tell each tenant not to overload the washer because it will cause the seal to give and make the unit leak.

And if all houses have not been fully rehabbed (we do fulls on every buy), some expected number for capital expenses should be included in that (IE if you have 3 years left on your roof you need to be deducting $X from that figure, repeat ad nauseum for all major capex).
