Advice - coming / joining BP is a great first step!

I have joined some local groups on Facebook, but was wondering...  

I joined Ryan Zolin’s Agent Investors course and I love it.

I've read that you don't have to rent to the first person who comes along meeting your qualification standards, but also that you must have a fair, legitimate business reason to deny them, and I'm trying to reconcile these.

I would also join every FB group for investors, from local to California, and post the package there as well.

I'd make connections with realtors, join local meet ups and expand your horizon.

Pick their brain about investing to ascertain their knowledge.If not, try joining local real estate groups on Facebook and asking for a recommendation.
