My partner was skeptical but when there is a leak the wheel spins constantly and we send a tenant note asking who has a leak.  

Hopefully it's for a BRRRR, flip, or something RE related (assets); not a boat, car, or pretty much anything with wheels (liability).

:1) First, buy the land and a mobile home within 60 days of each other and have the mobile home moved there, keeping the hitch and axle and wheels in place 2) Second, get a perimeter wall or concrete pillar every 8 feet built under the  frame of the mobile home.

For example: A 10 wide x 20 deep x 8 tall unit, with studs, roll up door and doorjambs; is really 9 wide x 19 ft 6 inch deep x 7 ½ foot tall.

Then it got the wheels turning in my head.
