I got caught in a mtn wave on one trip from Napa to Thermal Ca  and we had 2k ft ups and downs un commanded you just ride the wave like a surfer and on the back side of the wave U pick  up some pretty impressive ground speed.

To some degree it's always speculation, and to other degrees the risk profile situates itself for it.It's just what are your intentions & pursuits.

I'm actually impressed by that although I don't plan to invest in the Midwest anymore. 

Curb AppealFirst impressions are crucial.

I'm always impressed with people's creative ideas!!!  

But when a template lowball offer comes in (not sure what it's supposed to do beside tick off the seller) You won't be able to recover from your first impression. 

These are the high profile jobs, but the ancillary jobs will be impacted the most.

.,) relative to all other applicants, but after showing them the property you have the distinct sense they'll be a difficult, high maintenance/game-the-system/treat-your-property-poorly tenant.Essentially: how do you stay on the right side of the law rejecting a tenant that appears to be the best applicant on paper, but to whom you don't want to rent based on unpleasant personal interactions or impressions that they would likely take poor care of your property?
