When I used to have RE Broker in my title ( I still have the license just dont practice) I would get folks pinging me about Vegas about once a quarter or so and I would hand those leads to my Daughter  she made some pretty awesome connections from a few of those folks that bought multi million dollar homes..

I just worry sometimes when I see too much gung ho... and maybe not enough practicality, so I try to step up and offer a little advice from my 7 years in the business.

If so, can anyone recommend any best practices?

I did not put any of his info into practice and stopped listening to the podcasts after a while because lease options didn't really appeal to me, but he seemed like a decent guy and the podcast had a lot of value at no cost. 

I would recommend finding a way to continue to practice in some capacity, at the very least to cover living expenses.

Sure, buyer beware (I'll never buy a home sight unseen again), but terrible deceptive business practices and I can’t get the rent they estimated for this unit with it being only a 1 bedroom without a shower.After the sale, Ready REI was very slow on getting quotes and the few minor repairs done that we had agreed to.

Thank you for coming back and clarifying it, the minor difference does make a difference to me in practice.   

There's no need to change business practices because of what these guys have done.
