We purchased the kit from Jet Utilities and had to hire a separate plumbing service to come out and install the components.

There's lots of inexpensive porcelain that is literally jet printed with stone patterns, I love it for kitchen floors and counter backsplashes.

The joint issue will result in more drain clogs but if cleared well and hydro occasionally can go without the fix for quite a few years but the maintenance will cost more than if the pipes had no issues.

When under contract, I had the sewer scoped and the company said there were some rocks in the line and worst case I would need to water jet the line to clean it out. 

If you have to advertise or sell with jets and Lambo's, then you are a douschepreneur and are a part of the problem.

Do the math.Yes taking money out of your retirement account is a sin for most people.Just make sure you don't buy jet skis and put it in cash flowing assets like rentals or syndications.
