You have to look at it holistically along qualitative factors, risks and opportunities. 

Commercial leases and deals truly need to be looked at from a "holistic" view, its not just the rent, or the NNN expenses, but the total view of the lease in place. 

Its a good package if you have a few properties and want to get a holistic approach to budgeting and forecasting your total portfolio.

Jumping in on an old thread but...Any.do has been a lifesaver for me... not only for RE but holistically.

that could be the litigious/precedent reasoning why you have agents claiming you should consider females and their mother or daughter in your male household.Heck, even today I still see small rooming houses advertising as 'Christian home' or 'Male Rooms' - but I can't put a finger on where and if it says anywhere in law that small residential private property and private organizations can choose who they share their roof with based even on gender and maybe even holistic beliefs?!

That being said, we take a holistic approach to background checks. 

That said I have a holistic outlook on this.  

IN the contrary Grant will say, Make more or find a way to make more and scale, building financial confidence instead of Financial Freedom. ( no such thing as Financial freedom, God forbids anything can happen and destroy your security, but nothing can destroy your financial confidence on a scale, financially and holistically in other areas. 

What are you thoughts on how important location is in the holistic decision making process someone will go through with this?
