Professional PMs use specialized tools to verify income directly with a tenant’s bank or payroll service, ensuring legitimacy.

I am sure working for the Home Vestors Franchise gave you a lot of tools/skills on getting undervalued properties.

But wanted to say that I highly recommend checking out REIA for Oh and/or Cincinnati and Dayton.
