If you have 60k equity and 10k cash, slow down and remember this - you need 15k for reserves for a new property and you should always only use half of your equity which would leave you with 15k for downpayment and 10k cash for renovation.

I offer to return half because the buyer the one who has wronged me but I dont need to fight over a few grand so half is fine both partys are unhappy but we move on.  

i wouldn't worry about getting the absolute cheapest loan / saving half a point - i'd try to build a relationshiphope this helps

I recently bought into Tyler’s Deveraux 3 day workshop event 🙌 I’ve heard great things but I also read a reply that “he doesn’t keep promises” So I’m half and half about the event.For those who’ve gone and went through it already, how was your experience and your thoughts?

I plan to buy the half-acre plot from a land bank in a small town in northeast Ohio. 

We built a BEAUTIFUL Mailchimp account and sent out half a dozen Wholesale properties, only to get flagged and our account 'Deactivated' after sending one 'Private Lender' email campaign. 

Of the remaining 25%, half are assuming risks inappropriate with the possible returns.  

Half the time they may not even realize they are acting as the GC and have that added responsibility or what that entails.
