I hope all is well.We have a STR in the town next to Ludlow and we were booked solid for the Winter (every single weekend and many weekday nights.)Check out our property "Honeypot Farmhouse" here.We're just coming out of "Mud Season" now where everything shuts down (restaurants, etc), but entering the Spring and Summer, we expect the rentals to pick up nicely.

Now let's look at the before-and-after cost segregation results:- moldings went down from $17k to $4k- $20k security system disappeared altogether- specialty plumbing dropped from $19k to $11kand you can review the rest of this side-by-side comparison yourself.Unlike my restaurant analogy, reduced or eliminated numbers on cost segregation are not only suspicious but they are outright detrimental to the investor.

one thing you should look at is what are the capital market drivers in the market. in our market housing, mixed use with restaurant and retail, higher density infill, affordable housing, etc. also look at fast track rezoning which is typically for affordable based projects. that's what I'd recommend.
