As you can see I am a Pro member here on Bigger Pockets and I am very serious about laying down the groundwork for investing in properties here in the DFW area.

If class action has a good litigator I am guessing there going to shoot for fraud but lay groundwork for theft by swindle, given cardone's fee's and marketing/ mass media messages, it will be very hard to disprove and leads into a settlement.

The length of time you work on the team is up to you, that team will give you the ground work to how you should build your own real estate team/business.  

I can learn anything from a book but don’t feel like the transition would be as smooth for me to learn ground work as an agent.

Before talking to the case manager google what the voucher limits are in Salem do you can tell them you’re planning to increase the rent to $x,xxx upon lease renewal and lay the groundwork for that. 

Yes, I would try a "rent to own model", you could also try to prelease the pads on craigslist, etc. while you were doing the groundwork and see if you could fill it that way. 

Perhaps basic, but it sets the groundwork on which deals or sponsors might apply to them.
