Hi David, How many units is the Multi-Family?

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in West Allis.

I'm in the Tampa Florida area and it has been very accurate for me and my units. 

I would like to acquire a 15 unit or so apartment.

Called a few Foremost agents in NYC and either no pickup or don't do over 3 units. :( :( 

Without electric you can not heat the unit.

@Tyler Kesling  Adding to the above great points, start with 2-4 units as it's standard conventional financing.  5+ units is commercial and somewhat of a different ballgame.
