- Drain pool, cover pool- Run HVAC for 10 minutes, AC/Heat- Leave refrigerator slightly open- Run all water fixtures and flush toilets a few times- Drain and turn off water heater - Have gardener specifically look for rodents intrusion Any and all ideas on additional long-term storage welcome.

If he has a limited amount of recent customers that's a flag.......If you're really serious about flushing out recent events go to the building department and look up recent permit applications (public record).I should have mentioned this first but the first two questions are 1) are you licensed / whose license # is going to be on the permit. 2) are you insured.

Good point, I wouldn't feel 'good' about sending them the bill, but I think in the long run, if the Resident knows they were flushing something down the toilet or even did flush something down that they had good intentions about, they will be hesitant to flush ANYTHING down other than TP.

The units I used were designed to install under a standard kitchen counter (24in deep), so the back of the unit was not just a flush panel, there was recesses to account for hoses & drains on the washer, and space to route the dryer vent.My units were not much more than I would have spent for comparable set of units, but I did have to order them.
