Cash is what you need in that kind of melt down but I never had seen credit freeze like that before and hopefully never will.For me if I was thinking there was going to be another market correction of that magnitude I would have my powder dry and have my commercial bank in tow.. my one major commercial bank stuck with me and kept our credit in the mid 7 figures but we were on 90 day reviews full financial every 90 days.. it was an odd time.

Had renters actually had to pay for their own consumption, they would really think twice about keeping the window open during freezing winters and adjusting their thermostat.Many have a sense that if the Landlord is paying for a service, it's ok to waste it.Another issue not really addressed in the article is that rent regulated apts include tenant protections even when the tenant had done something criminal.

All individual has the right to cool and heat, just like a regular tenant that could sue you if you don’t fix the heating unit and they’re freezing.

LOLif the bank deems the area or collateral could be at risk in their unilateral decision they can just freeze it.. and you usually don't know until you try to access it.. usually takes a month or two before you get your dear investor letter..
