Part of my reason for getting into REI is so I can live the wanderer lifestyle while I'm still young enough to do it and enjoy the activities that we love; we have a Northern Lite truck camper and while it's a bit too small for my husband and I, our 2 dogs and cat, it's perfect for traveling up to a couple weeks at a time, which is what we both want to do.Thanks again to everyone for the great advice and warm welcome.

My last food for thought is if you decide the risk is worth taking, always get the inspection done.

So, a politician came out one day and they dropped off truck loads of shovels and wheel barrows.

We already see 2-4 tow trucks and services trucks in our apartment complex every week so we definitely can see the value there for our tenants!

If you can't cook food in it, it's not a "unit."

I fell in love with the Lowcountry way of life, including good food, beautiful trees with Spanish moss, and stunning golden sunsets.

We plan on being  long distance owners/mgrs and can't imagine findng & hiring someone to rent a truck, drive around and grab furniture on a onesy/twosy basis, particularly within a reasonable timeframe to not delay launch. 

It could still be really profitable, if you're the only game in town and you also can provide food or rent out part of the property for other business purposes, etc.  

      I am looking to get some advice on the best ways to buy land and create a food truck park in TX.
