So find a color, logo, font, and stick with it and do it, over and over and over again out to your target market.

I found this awesome website called Fiverr and I had someone create a font from my personal handwriting for a small fee of $5....

I've seen the ones that use the 'handwritting' font, but I find it more effective when you literally write it out vs having a pretty good font.

I do not want to wait months and money to find out I had the wrong starting point (wrong list, wrong message, wrong font, wrong stamp, etc).

@Michael Qubein - I recall couple of hints in various BP podcasts on youtube/webinars from BP - like having them short/straight to the point, hand signed touches people, yellow font on red for color scheme, but not like a full template.

@Chasing Vega When you send a document for recording, the county recorders office is not verifying who owns an LLC, they are only checking to see if the documents meets their requirements to be recorded (e.g. page formatting, upper white space for book/page stamp, font size, signed and dated, legal description, grantor/grantee info, notary stamp, etc.)
