I believe many of the 2nd homes will be too far or too small to meet their perceived needs.  

Pay others when they’ve provided value to you.7th - Prime is not smarter than your local folks who you can have real relationships with.

That is a raw deal, sorry you are going through this.Do you have signed leases in place for all these folks?

I certainly can see how this all happened though Guru's charging folks how to be a synidcator so lots of beginners.. then of course competing offerings and knowing how investor gravitate to the highest returns without really understanding the risks etc.

I have a GREAT rolodex of folks if you need connections. 

Typically with houses of this age - you'll need structural folks to dig and install piers into the soil.
