Can you be financially free, sure, consider if you are buying real estate you will no longer have stable income to get a loan.

Right now, my focus is on leveraging my degree and skills to land a higher-paying job, increase my annual income, and ultimately grow my net worth.Real estate has always been something I’ve been interested in, and my long-term goal is to start investing in both real estate and retirement to build financial security.

If the property doesn’t make sense financially as an annual rental, it’s probably not the right investment.

I am saying be prepared to defend yourself financially as well as your reputation with those you might meet.

Anything requiring court or judicial decisioning is extremely slow.
