I could have great income streaming for multiple years and then some economic hit like Covid or the next pandemic and work could go out the door for multiple months.It comes down to a fear of losing a bunch of work and not being able to find more, while I have to be paying off property.Thats why I’m debating if waiting a lot longer and saving up a large savings account is smarter.

I am extremely skeptical of many subject to deals even before we get to the due on sale fears - and the fact that many deals were previously NOT called  for due on sale in prior years is not a reliable predictor for what WILL happen going forward in this space.

Not sure what their rights are as a lender but the owner is fearful that now that she has REACHED the Maximum funding amount the Reverse Mortgage loan would go to - that she may be forced to sell?

I think the benefit of a mini split system over a central are the energy efficiency the offer, the individual control over zone cooling/heating, simpler maintenance, quite operation.In the end it comes down to what makes sense in your situation, but I will say that there is a lot of fear mongering among a lot of HVAC companies to push people to either central systems or if they do mini splits, then into the higher priced systems. 

I fell in love with the negotiating an chasing deals not to long ago an discovered that's my niche and now I'm here to keep growing an connect with all sorts of amazing people. any advice would be much appreciated, I've been saving and saving an believe I have enough capital to get into one of the strategies, its 35k and house flipping seems right up my alley though the market an fear of not having enough capital is holding me back. any advice thank you!

My only fear is making the jump with no employment set in place.

I'm SO GLAD I took the risk, walked through my FEARS & pushed out of my comfort zone!

The two younger brothers are asking to be let out of the lease, as they fear the jailed brother will eventually seek revenge on them for complying with the search warrant at the property where all of the electronic assets were seized.  

Decided to play it safe as it was my first deal and had to overcome the fear.
