Keep an eye out as we plan to procure more golf courses and land (farms, ranches, and development) in the future.   

Any way good luck with it.. sounds like this company's eyes were way bigger than their stomach.. to scale on scattered lots is pretty tough logistically and I guess we are seeing that play out.

It is also will allow for experience in managing tenants, repairs, accounting of the expenses etc...plus you get to keep a close eye on the property.
