Not sure if they have upgraded to desktop appraisals but if they are still doing in person appraisals , make sure you get everything (scope of work, good faith deposit, social, LLC docs, insurance, proof of prior experience, financial statements) in ASAP.

Looking for recommendations from people who have personally used a specific lender and had good experience.

I would love to hear from anyone with experience in this space whether you've done it yourself or know someone who has.

Also, if a few hundred dollars in draw fees will make your deal go sideways, it may not be the best deal for you, especially as you are just getting started.I'm happy to share my experience as an investor and a mortgage broker.

I'd be interested to hear others that have specific experience with them. 

Traditional lenders won’t approve it, and hard money lenders who offer this type of financing all the time look for experience, assets, or strong equity in the deal.Partnering with someone who has financing or experience is realistic approach when starting.

With flip loans, experience is key.
