Hello everyone,I recently bought a second property in Michigan and I'm really excited to get it rented.

I kind of get excited when I see these silly laws in other states, because I know mine will pass a law to give me MORE rights as a property owner in response to that. 

When I purchased my property, I had read all the exciting developments in the works...indoor waterpark, shops, new hotels, restaurants, etc., but was severely disappointed when I went recently with my family.
