I've had very dismal experiences with a property management company and hope to never endure another similar ordeal in the future.

Turnover is more common anyway and not generally as pricey to endure (though mobile home parks have the bets of both worlds in that there is unlikely to be turnover while you still get the impact if the number of units) and a few vacancies out of many isn't as big of a deal.

All this hang in there and just endure is crap.

The frustration starts IN the debt, but I am learning that the mess I CREATED, if done properly, will aid in my endurance and diligence.

Apprentice Electricians are required to endure six hours of classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays until April, so I haven't made to any yet.
