@Grayson Chao look up WAREI on Facebook as that is a big active group of local investors and a number of meetups get advertised there. 

I do believe we are superior though, just the market and economy are definitely wider than what's advertised. 

@Rajagopalarao PaidiRecognize time is also money if you are financing it and I have found without an agent will take longer to sell.Also are you local where you could manage all the showings, advertising etc?

Still not up to prime time for what they advertise.. but in the scope of the product they put out in the last few years.. many of them would make this look like the Taj Mahal..

Real demand vs advertised demand is wider than folks are giving credit for.
