@Ben Leybovich$50K ... we got folks here peddling similar stuff - ok, some if it as young as 35-40years - who think $85 - $100K/unit is reasonable.I'll just keep putting away capital waiting and patiently wait for the downhill train.

I suspect like a bad penny this guy will show up again.... but that is now 3 different companies I have heard from that had the exact same experience.. the issue is it rolls down hill to the buyer..

I don't know much about Mount Airy, but Chestnut Hill is a very nice area and I don't see it going downhill anytime soon.
