Hello,Since I live in a more expensive market, for doing lease options I would imagine I would need to target professionals such as doctors, lawyers, small business owners, management people, who either have issues with credit or are just getting started in their respective careers and little credit history.

@Justin Guidry,Good Morning Justin,Very new to investing, but I have been a caregiver in two ALF in Lafayette.Day to day duties were to check on every resident every two hours, assist them to and from activities if needed, such as the in home salon, church, etc. taking the residents to doctor's appointments and the light houskeeping of the rooms.

Instead they work for someone else, trade stocks/bonds on their own and are very good at what they do and enjoy it (read get paid well for their skills).I also know people who never have worked for someone else and make as much money as a doctor would at 30, running their own company, with zero debt or college education.Personally I’m somewhere in the middle.
