Cheap and easy, use the pressed wood cheap stuff to save 50 pct. dunno whats wrong with your ceiling that you want it torn out, but theres cardboard, metal, and textured ceiling tile looking wallpaper alternatives to simply cover the flaws. 15+ cents a sf for textured ceiling tile wallpaper DIY, .50 to 1 an sf for armstrong cardboard diy, up to $50 an sf not installed for copper tiles.

also Eric, you're going by general numbers, you'd have to be here to really understand how it is..also there's no way 1 person does 220 deals a month and have a life..hell, most deals take close to 30 days to close..i know i'm sounding like a contrarian but wholesaling is not what the gurus claim it is..which was the basis of the topic in the first place..and once again, i don't think wholesaling is a myth..just a bit of my weird humor on display..

My students that put signs out regulary get a lot of calls.For me marketing is a blend of on-line and off-line marketing combining direct-to-door (e-mail; flyers on mailboxes; direct mail) and mass marketing (billboards; bandit signs; display ads; bus benches).
