Still have FED’s Jerome Powell Speaking later this week, his words / forward looking statements will be very important for how capital and secondary capital markets digest interest rates moving forward.

It gets the most basic principle of investing and brings it down to the most digestible level.

A lot of numbers to digest here, but can any of you STR veterans help me out?

Single family is a little basic and boring and simple but it is also easy to digest and apply and execute on.

Many sellers have still not fully digested the current market reality and are hoping for conditions to significantly improve for sellers in the spring/summer of 2023.

I love reading (I tend to digest 2-3 nonfiction books per week between reading and audio, and 2 longer, more casual fiction books per month) and have always found that my writing skills have helped me stand out in any field.

Obviously RE field is so vast that I had many days of being overwhelmed and I still get overwhelmed sometimes with amount of information to absorb and digest, however that did not stop me form progressing in my journey, I continuously progressed little by little.During this time thanks to my networking, started receiving wholesale "deals" from various wholesalers in town and without exaggeration I had to pass on at least 80 different deals until I landed on the one that made sense. 

The resources are endless on educating yourself and digesting data on what makes a certain market at A or an A+ in the STR market.

After being on both sides of syndications, I can tell you that by digesting all the information you receive and by educating yourself through books and evaluating such syndications, you will gain the knowledge necessary to start making such decision relatively quickly.
