In the process of my journey I tried to figure out... how on earth can I actually get that deposit money... for the commercial real estate multi family building... it appeared to me as quiet an impossible task, especially with so much hassle factor in place... to even get the multi family building....I realized that the only way to earn money... is to not just have multiple part time jobs.. but... also know exactly.. the purpose... behind you getting these part time jobs...

There is absolutelly no reason why you, who is located on different part of earth, would need to be anyhow involved.

As you add money to the deal through capital improvements, repairs, etc, etc, your COC return would come back to earth but still be very large.

Mind you, why on earth would the Seller let you rent it off him (with option) for less than you expect to get by renting it out without option?

At this point there is a massive area of cleared land and a gang of earth-mover tractors and a few of the construction company signs visible.I can't really estimate the size of the clearing but it looks like it could be a huge shopping center or maybe just a massive warehouse.What I want to know is how would I go about finding out what is being developed on this land before its completed?
